George is a mining engineer with an extensive experience in project management, having served as a director in mining and construction industries. He is also the co-founder of several start-up companies.

Dionisis Grigoropoulos

Dionysis Grigoropoulos was born in Athens in 1971. He holds a degree in Programmer Analyst from TEI Piraeus, with a Diploma on Principles of Management from the Hellenic American Union & Logistics Diploma from EEDE, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath.

He has 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Organization and Management, IT, Sales Management. He was Project Manager at the 2004 Olympics Games In Greece, for the installation of telematics equipment and the management of 5,000 vehicles.

He is a founding member of ITS HELLAS and a member of the Board of Directors. in the period 2007-2009. He was a member of the Board of Directors. of the Hellenic Logistics Association (EEL) from 2006 to 2012. He has participated in the development – implementation of research projects of the European Union. In 2013, he was certified as a qualified partner in the European Union in Transport & Logistics matters, having prepared the project for Combined Transport within the framework of MARCO POLO.

From 2007, , having prepared until today more than 250 projects offering products and services such as: Supply Chain & Transport Management (Operation Consulting), Implementation of Information Systems, Business and Operational Management, Certification Studies (Carbon Footprint – Green Logistics – TAPA, City Logistics – Last Mile, Amazon Sales Achievement Program)

Spiros Mavrogalos

He has also worked for major Greek financial institutions, in various positions in operations, risk and audit. In both cases he successfully implemented restructuring projects of Group Procurement functions and cost rationalization initiatives. Spiros has handled many negotiations of almost any procurement category, both at national and at group level. 

He has also been the Managing Director of a large Insurance Company and a member of the Board of Directors in Banks & Insurance Companies. He has served as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors in insurance companies in Romania, Cyprus and Bulgaria, the largest Bank of North Macedonia and other companies in Greece. He was elected as Secretary General of the Association of Insurance Companies of Greece. In Verallis he has undertaken projects in financial sector and is the practice leader of procurement strategy services.

Marios has graduated from the AUEB in 2019. While a student he worked internationally, in Germany for a Capital Investment company as a Forex Trader. Ever since he came back he was an intern at a Greek Fintech Company in the marketing field, worked as an accountant for the Hellenic Army and currently is an Indirect Costs Specialist in Verallis.  While in Verallis he has managed to cooperate with some of our biggest clients in a variety of project themes.
