The Role

As a VERALLIS Business Development Partner, your main objective, will entail Client Prospecting, Client Relationship management, focusing on winning new projects and the further development of the company’s clientele and presence in Romania. The right candidate should have a profound professional experience and deep understanding of the challenges in corporate environments. You should be able to address CEOs/CFOs of medium to large organizations and to negotiate contractual terms. In a dynamic and friendly environment, this opportunity will suit an energetic thinker with solid networking, communication, negotiation & time management skills. As a Partner you will have full responsibility to ensure clients’ needs are met while staying strongly result orientated.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prospecting potential customers
  • Furthering the development of VERALLIS business in Romania
  • Promoting VERALLIS’ services to your Prospects pool
  • Maintaining and coordinating the communication with existing and potential customers

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE DEMONSTRATES:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, an aptitude in sales and strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in Senior Business Development management positions. Minimum 10 years of total work experience in Sales and/or Business Development
  • Communication and relationship management skills at the Senior management level
  • Negotiation skills with C-Suite executives from various sectors including Manufacturing, Information, Retail and Wholesale Trade & Professional Services
  • Willingness to follow a proven business system and methodology
  • Willingness to be a part of an international team of professionals in Executive management
  • Ambition, self-motivation and personal integrity, as well as a great work ethic are highly valued
