The client uses telecommunication as a core business tool with complex and demanding needs such as Networking complexity & resilience, Call quality and availability, High usage of data transmission.The project was to examine and reduce the annual costs of Telecommunication services provided to the client by more than twelve (12) Service Providers (national & international) in categories:
- Fixed Telephony Services (Legacy, SIP, VoiP, Fixed to Mobile Gateways)
- Mobile Services
- Remote users coverage (VDSL/4G)
- Data Network Services (MPLS, Internet Feed, Private Fiber Optic interconnections)

- Comparative Assessment of existing unit prices and annual costs with current market prices (benchmarking)
