The Challenge

The Client’s extensive diagnostic centers network, nationwide, posed an unprecedented challenge in offering our FM Services during a time when the Covid-19 pandemic was expanding rapidly. For a Healthcare provider, such a time translated to incredibly heavy traffic and consequently a higher risk security wise. Therefore, to create added value for the Client a significant enhancement and optimization of the Guarding Services provided was imminent.
The Method

The evaluation and assessment basis was determined after inspecting all the aspects of the security and guarding protocols in place, for all the premises examined. We proposed a detailed list of enhanced guidelines and quality specs, which were mutually agreed and formed along with the Client. After the new specs were set, we proceeded to issue an RFP (Request for Proposal) on behalf of the Client to review what the market had to offer so to ensure the highest quality of services would be provided for the most competitive price. We, then, offered our expertise and assisted the Client in the selection of the most competitive solution.
