The Challenge


The Client maintained many service stations nationwide, employing hundreds of means of transport, of all sizes and uses.Due to the many kilometers, the very demanding load, the age of the vehicles and the frequent change of users, the maintenance was very expensive.Verallis, taking into account the needs of the Client, based on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the transport project, as well as the peculiarities of its structure, proceeded to the preparation of a specific action plan with the involvement of the most suitable professionals

Maintaining the same network of workshops and avoiding interference in the way the Client operates, we managed -with daily visits and installation of our team inside the warehouse of the Client-, to institutionalize and execute an effective way of controlling and guiding the workshops with excellent results.Our work included analysis and redesign of logbooks, vehicle maintenance records, fleet management software and Information and training of vehicle curators by area
