The Client was facing increased costs in the Employee Benefits category, driven by a large workforce of more than 700 employees and the need to maintain a consistent level of benefits, service quality and employee satisfaction.The project focused on reviewing and optimizing the overall employee benefits framework across three key dimensions: cost, service quality and coverage of employee needs.The main cost and operational drivers included:• Meal benefit expenses• Bonus-related expenses• Indirect administrative costs• Management and communication through a digital platform / application• Response time and employee support• Alignment of benefits with actual employee needs• Evaluation of benefits by employee categoryThe challenge was to reduce total cost without compromising the quality of services provided to employees or negatively affecting employee experience.

VERALLIS performed a detailed review of all employee benefits provided by the Client, analyzing the cost structure, service model and benefit allocation per employee category.The analysis focused on identifying cost optimization opportunities while preserving the level and quality of services.
